Upon graduating, Sue continued to move up the ranks at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, where she worked for 18 years. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston. Prior to that she was the SVP of Global Operations at Teladoc Health responsible for operational processes, staffing models and clinical program delivery. Prior to joining MAS Medical, she served as the Chief Customer Officer at Benefitfocus, Inc, where she was responsible for client growth, retention and operational excellence with a focus on the end to customer experience, including customer management, service center, operations and account general management. Her incredibly deep operational background, partnered with extensive experience in growth-focused businesses makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Her experience spans across health insurance, healthcare delivery and benefits administration at companies including: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Teladoc Health and Benefitfocus, Inc. She has spent the last 25 years building service engagement and staffing models, scaling operations and transforming cultures for growth and retention. Delage holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
She started her career at Bain & Company. In addition to her healthcare practice management experience, she has years of executive leadership experience across digital media, marketing, software, and publishing, including transforming Sotheby's global digital footprint and cross-selling Time Warner's digital publishing assets to pharmaceutical clients.
